Submission Guidelines:
To ensure the quality and consistency of submissions, please adhere to the following guidelines when sending in your photos:
- Clarity: Photos must be sharp and clear. Blurry or out-of-focus images will not be eligible for the contest.
- Positioning: The individual wearing the sports kit should be facing the camera, and ideally the My Club logo should be visible. Side or back views may not capture the essence of the kit as effectively.
- Good Lighting: Ensure your photos have good lighting, preferably natural light, so that the details and colours of the sport kit are visible.
- No Photobombs: Please ensure that there aren’t any unrelated subjects or objects that distract from the main focus of the photo.
- Appropriate Setting: While we love creativity, photos should be taken in a setting that’s relevant to the sport or activity the kit is designed for. For instance, a football kit photo would be best taken on a football pitch or during a game.
- Respect Privacy: If your photo includes other people apart from yourself, please ensure you have their permission to share the image.
- Original Content: All submitted photos must be your original work. Please do not submit copyrighted or watermarked images from other sources.
- Judging Process: To ensure fairness and transparency in our competition, our panel of expert photography judges will independently review all submissions. They will each vote on their top 10 choices, assigning points for rankings. The sum of these points will determine the winners. This process ensures that the decision is based on the quality and adherence to the guidelines, rather than any subjective bias.
- Any prior photo: prior photo submissions will not be considered as an entry.
Failure to adhere to the above guidelines will render your submission ineligible for the voucher and any related promotions.
By submitting your photo, you grant My Club Europe PLC the right to use the image for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, marketing materials, and on our website.
