We are a small business focused on helping grassroots sports teams save money on essentials like kit and equipment, and raise money through grants and other fundraising.

We’re a small, friendly team based in Oxted in Surrey, and most of our work is office-based. Our office environment is relaxed and casual, with our standard hours being 9-5, Monday-Friday.

Junior Customer Service & Admin Assistant

My Club Europe PLC – Oxted

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service & Admin Assistant on a full-time basis in our offices in Oxted (M-F 9-5) to join our Production Team.

This position will ideally suit somebody who is reasonably local.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no scope for remote working, and we do not sponsor applicants to travel to the UK.

We’re currently seeking a Junior Customer Service & Admin Assistant for a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9-5) at our Oxted office. Join our professional team and provide support to our customer service and sales department. This role also offers a career path towards becoming an account manager, making it ideal for someone interested in long-term career development.

In this role, you’ll handle tasks like answering calls, assisting customers, and performing general office duties. We’re looking for a candidate proficient in Microsoft software, self-motivated, and quick to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Professionally handle incoming calls and direct them to the right team members.
  2. Assist customers and deliver exceptional service, by phone, email or chat.
  3. Manage routine office tasks and perform general office support.
  4. Utilise Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and our Customer Management System for administrative work (training provided).
  5. Show a proactive approach in supporting office operations and our dedicated account management team.
  6. Collaborate with team members to address complex customer issues and provide timely resolutions

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. GCSE in English & Maths minimum C Grade (4 Standard Pass)
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  3. Strong and confident communication skills.
  4. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within our close-knit team.
  5. Quick learner with a strong self-motivated work ethic.
