We are a small business focused on helping grassroots sports teams save money on essentials like kit and equipment, and raise money through grants and other fundraising.
We’re a small, friendly team based in Oxted in Surrey, and most of our work is office-based. Our office environment is relaxed and casual, with our standard hours being 9-5, Monday-Friday.

Junior Customer Service & Admin Assistant
My Club Europe PLC – Oxted
We are looking for a Junior Customer Service & Admin Assistant on a full-time basis in our offices in Oxted (M-F 9-5) to join our Production Team.
This position will ideally suit somebody who is reasonably local.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no scope for remote working, and we do not sponsor applicants to travel to the UK.
We’re currently seeking a Junior Customer Service & Admin Assistant for a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9-5) at our Oxted office. Join our professional team and provide support to our customer service and sales department. This role also offers a career path towards becoming an account manager, making it ideal for someone interested in long-term career development.
In this role, you’ll handle tasks like answering calls, assisting customers, and performing general office duties. We’re looking for a candidate proficient in Microsoft software, self-motivated, and quick to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle incoming calls and direct them to the right team members.
- Assist customers and deliver exceptional service, by phone, email or chat.
- Manage routine office tasks and perform general office support.
- Utilise Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and our Customer Management System for administrative work (training provided).
- Show a proactive approach in supporting office operations and our dedicated account management team.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer issues and provide timely resolutions
Qualifications and Skills:
- GCSE in English & Maths minimum C Grade (4 Standard Pass)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong and confident communication skills.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within our close-knit team.
- Quick learner with a strong self-motivated work ethic.

Junior Sportswear Designer
My Club started providing support & services to grassroots sports clubs back in 2015 and since then has honed their experience and knowledge to offer a bespoke kit and equipment service, now not only exclusively to sports teams and clubs but also to schools, universities, and other organisations in need of bespoke sports kit.

Due to the growth of the company, we are looking for a new team member on a full-time basis in our Oxted office. This is a Junior Sportswear Designer role focused on creating some exciting kit designs for our clients.
This is a great opportunity for a design graduate, or anyone with good skills to use different platforms to create & edit various sports garment designs.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Follow a brief to create CADs
- To produce print ready artwork for files ready for production
- To ensure designs reach their full potential, by correcting colours, placements and any inconsistencies
- Identify problems with designs early in the process
- Design visuals/ mock ups as required
- Edit or create logos -helpful
And it would be ideal if you:
- Live in or near Oxted
- Have a passion for sports
- Are strong team player
- Have good time management skills
- Have great attention to details
- Are computer literate
- Have experience in design software & applications including the Adobe suite (mainly illustrator & photoshop)
This job description is flexible for the right person and training will be provided for the specific tools etc we use. We are most importantly looking for someone who wants to work for a small, friendly business at our office in Oxted and use their creativity talents and ideas and grow with us.
Our candidates should be:
- Well presented
- Clear communicator
- Accurate attention to detail across all data entry and written work
- Have attained minimum qualifications in English & Maths to GCSE Grade C (or equivalent)
- Have a previous employment history or experience that has transferrable skills to fulfil this role.
- Be able to work daily from our offices in Oxted*
