We have just been a part of an amazing Women’s Softball Festival in La Manga and although we didn’t come anywhere close to the top, it was a phenomenal experience and a celebration of women’s cricket. Every training session and every match we come together, support and encourage each other. We have watched women’s cricket grow in popularity over the last few years and that is something we are truly proud to be a part of. What inspired your team’s custom kit design and how does it represent your team’s identity? We wanted a fresh, young vibrate eye catching design which any age player could wear. We wanted to stand out, a little flamboyance, good quality and comfort.

“We had previously a fairly plain blue cotton design. I showed the seniors some examples and they all agreed the 3D design looked good.
The material was light weight, a dry fit type and the sublimation was ideal.”

We decided over a cuppa one Saturday that we wanted to have a team shirt and representing what we are about , running, tea drinking and chatting

Two years ago the team had a dream to play a game of rugby abroad, at the age of 14 the lads decided to cycle using exercise bikes the distance from our rugby club to Spain as this was there destination of choice. 911 miles later the boys had raised £3500

The respect shown to both players and referees, it’s a thugs game played by gentleman

Keeping the clubs colours and traditions alive since the founding of the club in 1969
